About Justin Lopatin:
Justin is a top 1% Mortgage Lender and SVP with Guaranteed Rate. He's been in the mortgage business for 15 years and has helped thousands of homebuyers on their journey. Justin and his team work closely with many of the top realtors, developers and builders to help their clients navigate the home buying process. They also spearhead Guaranteed Rate's Corporate Benefits platform in South Florida which offers education and incentivizes to local companies and their respective employees. When he's not working Justin loves to spend time with his kids and cook for his family and friends.

About Jeff Dono:

After graduating from New York City's Parson's School of Design, Jeff embarked to Florida to take his love of real estate and design to the sunny skies. He started his real estate career working for a multi family developer and quickly rose the ranks to being one of the top salespersons on the team. From there, Jeff went into residential sales and built a sphere of contacts that led him to sell luxury, water front real estate in Palm Beach County. From there Jeff started a boutique real estate firm called Jeffrey James Real Estate for several years. He went on to join two other local companies as a consistent top producing luxury agent in the coastal areas of Palm Beach County until he had an opportunity to become the Director of Sales for one of the areas most progressive tech real estate firms. Eventually that firm was acquired by Compass and Jeff continues to lead as a Sales Manager at our Palm Beach Island office. Jeff takes pride in helping agents strategize in ways to take their business to the next level, to work through challenges and guide them through the use of creative marketing ideas, luxury prospecting and business planning.

In his spare time Jeff enjoys tennis, guitar, and spending time with his wife and children.
