Embody Dance in the Salt Room Soundarya Spa

This is a conscious movement practice, like yoga, we bring in our breath, meditation and intention of a holistic workout for our mind-body-soul.

There will be movement, breath, dance and sound healing. The class will be facilitated by Amy, with the music and movement designed to bring you from your head into your body.

This is a truly liberating and healing practice. No experience necessary, just a desire to move your body.
