Rena Courtay is the VP, Executive Director of HSS (Hospital for Special Surgery) Florida. As such, she leads a comprehensive musculoskeletal center in West Palm Beach that includes an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Advanced Imaging, Physical Therapy and Sports Performance Center as well as Orthopedic physician offices.  Rena has her MBA from Youngstown State University and her BSN from The Ohio State University. Rena has 25 years of experience in the ASC business. Rena has clinical experience as a certified operating room nurse as well as previous administrator experience and fifteen years of regional management experience with HCA and Surgical Care Affiliates. Rena is also Past President of the Florida Society of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (FSASC), Chair of the FSASC Education Committee and a member of the Ambulatory Surgery Centers of America Education Committee.
