Course Description

This course is designed to give you a better understand of Organizational Leadership by developing a positive culture and building a vision that everyone is on board with. The objective is to build on the framework of “building and improving teams" while preventing mis-communication with a shared understanding throughout your organization. The purpose is to improve the ability to successfully lead, manage, develop, and achieve results as an organizational leader and team builder.

This course has 3 Lessons:
