Attend all 5 workshops for $120 (register before June 12), each workshop $35.
Upon completing all 5 workshops you will receive a signed certificate from Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and SCORE.

You will be encouraged to take a close look at your company to evaluate where your business might be weak. Topics include: hiring practices, employee training, development and motivation, attaining peak performance, using outside resources, and effective delegation and time management.
Workshop #2, July 19th: Marketing Your Business (8:30 AM-11:00 AM)
Learn to maximize your customer reach and retention. Learn about setting your marketing goals, social media and online marketing, public relations and advertising strategies, event marketing, cause marketing, creating “Raving Fans,” and evaluating your business and teams.

Workshop # 3, August 2nd: Growing Your Sales (8:30 AM-11:00 AM)
Identify strategies to increase sales. We’ll discuss expanding your distribution channels, building and motivating your sales team, bench-marking, and evaluating your business needs, and how using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system can help you manage and retain customers.
