Please join us in the Cypress Room, just inside of the main entrance at St. Mary’s Medical Center on May 28th for Stroke Risk Assessments. This includes: Blood Pressure, Stroke Risk Assessment and the opportunity to speak with a nurse practitioner and other health professionals.
