SCOTT WILLIAMSON, VICE PRESIDENT OF INFORMATION SERVICES; Scott Williamson, Vice President of Information Services at TRUE, is highly experienced as a veteran enterprise IT and Security architect. Having worked with global corporations and highly regulated environments, he has leveraged that expertise in the development and management of TRUE’s Security Operations Center, as well as leading TRUE’s Incident Response team. Scott also sits on the Academic Advisory Board at Oklahoma State University-IT, informing their curriculum for four-year educational training programs. Alongside his capable team of security analysts, who have received high-level training and maintain security clearances, Scott works closely with clients not only to intercept and remediate security incidents, but plan for improvements that will ma​ke them more efficient and secure going forward. Scott maintains a number of certifications, including CCDP, CCNP, VCP.

HEATH GIESON, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS; Heath Gieson began his career as a computer lab technician while studying Political Science and Journalism. Quickly realizing his true calling, Heath took a position as the Manager of Information Systems for a large national manufacturer. After leaving this position, he became a technology consultant and eventually specialized in IT Security. Heath made the transition from being a consultant to managing teams of technical resources, from service desk personnel to specialized consultants. Early in his career, Heath was recognized as one of the most influential Up and Coming tech leaders by the South Florida Business Journal, and has since served on several SFBJ CIO roundtables. Heath has been with TRUE IT (formerly SLPowers) since 2005 when he came on board as the Director of Technical Services. At this time Heath serves as our VP of Operations. His leadership on TRUE's technical team has been one of the key contributing factors to TRUE's having been named to the Elite 150 list of the world's best MSP's by CRN magazine.
