Hiring Practices: The Linchpin of an Organization’s Success. 

In this presentation, we will explore the process of an organization engaging a worker, and the impact various employment laws have on the creation of that relationship.  Specifically, we will look at the factors applicable to classifying independent contractors from employees.  We will also cover best practices with respect to applications, interviews, offer letters, background checks,  and drug testing.
