PBA Gregory School of Pharmacy Health Fair

Join Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Gregory School of Pharmacy and the American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists as they host “Prescription for Health!” an event to assist andeducate the community 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, October 3. Pharmacist and healthcare providerswill provide a variety of free services, including consultations and screenings. The free event willbe held at CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach. Health screenings include blood pressureand glucose measurements. Guests also will receive information on women's health, heartburn, poisonprevention, immunizations and osteoporosis. Consultations for asthma/COPD and herbal medicines willbe available. Guests are encouraged to bring their current medications for pharmacist consultations. Pharmacists also will assist with proper disposal of expired medications onsite.
