Description
The Stroke Survivor and Caregiver Support Group is led by stroke survivors, the group's goal is to provide emotional and psycho/social support for survivors and their caregivers. Often times, there are dramatic and stressful changes when someone experiences a stroke. This group offers a forum for sharing experiences, advice and support to survivors and caregivers.
